Three OAK is an old fashioned New York style steakhouse serving traditional steakhouse favorites in the heart of Easton, PA. Our guests can expect delicious USDA aged prime beef sourced from the highest quality mid-west ranches. All beef is aged in house, in our Himalayan salt brick lined dry aging room. Beyond steaks, our guests can also expect sustainably sourced seafood, classic cocktails, and all the scrumptious sides the best steakhouses are known for.

Our name, Three OAK is inspired by the strength, stoicism, and durability of the mighty Oak tree. A partial collapse of our east facing wall sustained in the early days of construction brought our plans to a grinding halt. It was a set back on many fronts, but we stayed the course and moved forward.

The warm wishes and encouragement we have received from the people of Easton has helped us endure. We are grateful to those who have maintained their confidence in us, who have been able to see our vision, and who have offered their unwavering support. To that end, this is our 3rd restaurant in the city and possible only because of the many customers and friends we’ve had the privilege of knowing for the past 15 years. We thank you. This is for you!
